If you’re having trouble logging in to the app, please check your internet connection by switching between WiFi and mobile data. Next you can try uninstalling and re-installing the app to update to the latest version of the app and clear out any potential issues.

If the app is crashing, we suggest you check your internet connection first. Try uninstalling and re-installing the app to update to the latest version. If that still doesn’t work, you can report the issue to Support, with the instructions below.
